We are looking for a motivated Support Employee to join our high-performing and highly motivated teams in Amsterdam
Role & Responsibilities
As a support employee for F2F you are responsible for answering our users' questions in a friendly and timely manner. For this you will be using a modern and flexible ticket system that aggregates the different support channels, such as email and social media accounts.
Questions come in from Creators on our platform as well as Fans. Creators mainly have questions about how to post content to their account, how to link prizes to the various media and how to effectively use the various marketing tools.
Both Creators and Fans sometimes run into technical challenges. You are there to assist them and explain how to best use our modern platform.
Of course, you are a valuable intermediary between our users and the team developing the platform. You know what works well and what could be even better.
